Pescado con Chile

1 lb. fish
2-3 T. butter
15 oz. can chile, no beans
1 sm. tomato, diced
2-3 green onions, chopped
1 med. avocado, diced
¼ C. olives, sliced
½ C. cheddar cheese, grated

Heat chile. Add onions and tomatoes. Saute fish in butter. Cover with olives and avocado. Pour chile on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts, serve.

I use individual broiler safe dishes for this recipe. Serves about 2-3.
