¼ C. butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 T. flour
¼ C. parsley, chopped
1 t. thyme
salt & pepper to taste
1 C. clam juice
2 C. clams
linguine, cooked
Sauté garlic in butter. Add flour, clam juice, parsley, salt, pepper and thyme. Stir, then simmer for 10 minutes. Add clams and heat gently for another 5-10 minutes. Serve over linguine.
