This isn't really a Russian recipe. It's named for the Russian salad dressing of course. It's quick and easy to make, and tastes surprisingly good!
4 chicken breast fillets, skinless, boneless
or 8 chicken thighs, skinless, bone in
1 18 oz. jar of apricot preserves
8 oz. Russian salad dressing
1 sm. can chunk pineapple
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Combine ingredients except chicken. Put chicken in a casserole dish and cover with combined ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
