1 lb. boneless pork chops, sliced wafer thin
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. honey
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. onion, chopped very fine
Mix the ingredients for marinade. Remove any fat from the pork. Marinate the pork 2 hours to overnight (refrigerate). Broil the pork to desired doneness, basting with liberal quantities of marinade. Reserve the juices in the broiling pan to serve over the pork. (Makes 3-4 servings.)
