This comes from my friend Kurt.
1 medium skirt steak (about 1 to 2 lb.)
4 T. soy sauce
2 T. salad oil
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. honey
1 t. ginger root, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T. sherry
Mix the ingredients for marinade. Marinate the skirt steak for 2 hours to overnight (refrigerate). Broil or barbecue the steak to desired doneness. (Makes 2-4 servings.)
